养正合剂联合粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗癌症化疗后骨髓抑制疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究养正合剂联合粒细胞集落刺激因子(升白针)治疗癌症化疗后骨髓抑制的治疗效果。方法随机数表法将2017年5月~2019年5月诊治的80例癌症化疗后骨髓抑制患者分为观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组给予粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗,观察组治疗方法是联合养正合剂、粒细胞集落刺激因子。观察两组治疗期间每个疗程治疗后白细胞(WBC)减少分度情况、WBC计数情况和使用粒细胞集落刺激因子的情况。结果治疗中的第一疗程,两组WBC减少分度、WBC计数情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在治疗第二疗程、第三疗程和第四疗程WBC减少分度、WBC计数情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗中使用升白针的人数和支数均比对照组少。结论养正合剂联合粒细胞集落刺激因子能减轻癌症化疗后骨髓抑制的不良反应,减少升白针的使用次数。Objective To study the curative effect of Yangzheng mixture combined with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF,ascending white needle)on myelosuppression after cancer chemotherapy.Methods The 80 patients with myelosuppression after cancer chemotherapy who were treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with G-CSF,while observation group was treated with Yangzheng mixture and G-CSF.The indexing of white blood cell(WBC)reduction,WBC count and usage of G-CSF after each course in both groups were observed.Results During the first course of treatment,there was no significant difference in WBC reduction indexing or WBC count between the two groups(P>0.05).During the second,third and fourth course of treatment,WBC reduction indexing and WBC count in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The case number and times of ascending white needle usage in observation group were less than those in control group.Conclusion Yangzheng mixture combined with G-CSF can alleviate adverse reactions of myelosuppression after cancer chemotherapy,and reduce times of ascending white needle usage.
