摘 要:相比采用球面电极的半球谐振陀螺,采用平板电极的半球谐振陀螺可有效降低零部件制造和陀螺装配难度,但该陀螺仅利用半球谐振子唇沿进行振型激励和检测。针对传统等壁厚半球谐振子唇沿面积小,影响采用平板电极的半球陀螺振型激励效率和检测信噪比的问题。设计了一种变壁厚半球谐振子,通过有限元分析仿真研究了变壁厚半球谐振子球壳表面半径、表面球心距离、内圆角和锚柱半径等关键参数对各阶振型及相应频率的影响,给出了一组变壁厚半球谐振子优化参数。通过对比优化后谐振子的工作频率的实测结果与仿真结果,验证了所提出的仿真模型的有效性及可靠性。结果表明,所提出的变壁厚半球谐振子在保证工作振型谐振频率基本不变且相邻振型频差较大的情况下,通过增大唇沿面积有效增加了激励电容和检测电容面积,为提高陀螺振型激励效率和检测信噪比奠定基础。最后对3个变壁厚谐振子工作振型的谐振频率进行实验测试,测试与仿真结果非常接近,证明所提出的有限元仿真和分析较为准确。Compared with the spherical-electrode HRG,the flat-electrode HRG can effectively reduce the difficulty of component manufacturing and gyroscope assembly.The flat-electrode HRG uses the resonator lip along the bottom surface for mode excitation and detection.But for the classical resonator with constant thickness shell,the small lip area of resonator reduces the excitation efficiency of the gyro vibration mode and the detection signal-to-noise ratio.Based on the above problems,a resonator with gradually variable thickness shell is designed.Through finite element modeling and simulation,the influence of the outer surface radius,distance between the center of the inner and outer surfaces,internal fillet and anchor column radius on the modes and frequencies of the hemispherical resonator with gradually variable thickness shell are studied.A set of optimized parameters of the hemispherical resonator with gradually variable thickness shell are given.The effectiveness and reliability of the simulation model are verified by comparing the measured results and the simulation results of the optimized resonator operating frequency.The results show that the hemispherical resonator with gradually variable thickness shell can effectively increase the excitation capacitance and detection capacitance area by increasing the lip area while the resonance frequency of the working mode is almost constant and the frequency difference between adjacent modes is large,which will lay a foundation for improving the excitation efficiency of gyro vibration mode and detecting signal-to-noise ratio.Finally,the experiment test of resonance frequency of the three resonators with gradually variable thickness shell is carried out.The test results are very close to the simulation results,which prove that the proposed finite element simulation and analysis are accurate.
