摘  要:实验教学与实践教学是高校理工类专业人才培养过程中的重要环节,所以,基于OBE理念的以学生发展为中心的实验教师教育改革方面的研究具有重要意义。详细分析了高校理工类实验教学中存在的主要问题,探讨了基于OBE理念的以学生发展为中心的实验教师教育改革,简单总结了基于OBE理念的以学生发展为中心的实验教师教育改革应用与效果,并在结语中指出了进一步的研究方向。Experimental teaching and practical teaching are important links in the training process of science and engineering majors in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the educational reform of experimental teachers centering on student development based on the OBE concept.The main problems existing in the experiment teaching of science and engineering in universities are analyzed in detail.The reform of experimental teacher education centered on student development based on OBE concept is discussed.The application and effect of the experimental teacher education reform based on the OBE concept are briefly summarized and the further research direction is pointed out in the conclusion.
