摘 要:为实现碳氢化合物发电机的小型化,提高微机电系统的集成性和发电效能,设计了一种微球轴承支撑的电磁微型涡轮发电机系统,由一种具有高磁通密度的厚磁性元件的硅微涡轮转子和一种具有最佳磁通连接和低压线圈电阻的薄铜片线圈组成。充分利用微球轴承的稳定性和简单性,实现了利用气流推动转子转动输出电能的集成度高和简单操作目的。对系统设计方案和关键技术的实现进行理论验证,该系统设计减少了传统发电机制造和集成的复杂度,实现高能量密度碳氢燃料能源转换电能的开发和利用。In order to realize the miniaturization of hydrocarbon generator and improve the integration and power generation efficiency of MEMS.An electromagnetic micro turbine generator system supported by microsphere bearing is designed in this paper.It consists of a silicon micro turbine rotor with thick magnetic elements with high flux density and a thin copper coil with optimal flux connection and low-voltage coil resistance.Taking full advantage of the stability and simplicity of the micro ball bearing,the high integration and simple operation of the rotor driven by air flow are realized.The system design scheme and the realization of the key technologies are theoretically verified.The speed reduction test of the micro turbine shows that the dynamic friction torque is as high as 33μNm at the speed of 16 krpm,which is equivalent to 6%of the turbine efficiency;the maximum cross current open circuit voltage of 0.1 Vand the power of 5.6μW are measured under the 220Ωresistance load,which can achieve the mechanical and electrical efficiency of 3×10-6,which is consistent with the work of more than three orders of magnitude theoretical design requirements of rate level.
