摘　　要：“肾主汗”的原理主要体现在“肾主水”“汗以元气为枢机”“肾主外”“卫气出于肾”4方面,且“肾主汗”的应用不只局限于盗汗,各种汗证在治疗时均应考虑到肾。The theory of“kidney governing sweat”mainly reflected in four aspects:kidney governing water,sweat is the key of vitality,kidney governing the exterior and defensive Qi comes from kidney,and the application of kidney governing sweat should not be limited to night sweating,the kidney should be considered in the treatment of various sweating syndromes.
