摘  要:论文基于2019年A汽车公司231家经销商的相关数据,采用OLS回归模型对汽车企业人力资源配置与汽车消费信贷业务之间的影响关系展开实证分析。结果表明,经销商总经理的年龄对汽车消费信贷业务量具有显著正向影响,而业务人员的年龄则对汽车消费信贷业务量不具有显著影响。相比兼职人员,全职业务人员更能够促进业务的发展。业务人员的性别与汽车消费信贷业务量不存在显著影响关系。基于上述研究结论,论文可为促进汽车消费信贷业务发展以及汽车企业人力资源配置的进一步优化提供参考借鉴。Based on an automobile company data of 231 dealers in 2019,this paper uses OLS regression model to analyze the relationship between human resource allocation and automobile consumption credit business.The results show that the age of the general manager of the dealer has a significant positive impact on the business volume of automobile consumer credit,while the age of the business personnel has no significant impact on the business volume of automobile consumer credit.Compared to part-time business personnel,full-time business personnel can promote the development of business better.There is no significant relationship between the gender of business personnel and the amount of automobile consumer credit business.Based on the above research conclusion,this paper will provide reference for promoting the development of automobile consumer credit business and the further optimization of human resource allocation of automobile company.
