以智慧中医康复中心促进中医事业发展的思考

摘　　要：《中共中央国务院关于促进中医药传承创新发展的意见》中提出,加快推进中医药科研和创新以促进中医药传承与开放创新发展。人工智能技术在医疗领域发展日趋壮大,应用前景十分可观。课题组探讨了如何抓住人工智能全面发展的机遇,促使人工智能技术与中医药产业发展深度结合,促进中医药的人工智能研究成果转化的问题。对部分中医院校和相关中药、科技企业的调研,发现人工智能技术在中医药领域发展的政策、认知、人才等方面的问题,导致了两者融合发展相对困难。为解决人工智能技术在中医药产业发展中遇到的种种问题,必须遵循人工智能技术和中医药发展规律,紧紧围绕习近平总书记"传承精华,守正创新"的中医药发展核心思想,抓住人工智能技术快速发展的战略机遇期,以加大智慧中医康复诊疗建设力度为重点。在公立中医院建立中医智慧康复诊疗中心,着力提升人工智能技术在中医药健康产业的集成应用水平,培养、挖掘、引进科技与医疗相关领域的高级复合型人才,努力营造良好发展环境,促进中医药事业发展。In Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the inheritance,innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine,it is proposed to accelerate the scientific research and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine so as to promote the inheritance and open innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.The development of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field is growing,and its application prospect is very considerable.The research group discusses how to seize the opportunity of the comprehensive development of artificial intelligence,promote the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence technology with the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry,and promote the transformation of artificial intelligence research results of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the investigation of some traditional Chinese medicine universities and related traditional Chinese medicine and science and technology enterprises,the research group has found that the problems of the policy,cognition and talents of artificial intelligence technology in the development of traditional Chinese medicine lead to the relative difficulties in the integrate of the two.In order to solve the problems of artificial intelligence technology in the development of Chinese medicine industry,we must follow the development rule of artificial intelligence technology and Chinese medicine.We must closely grasp the core idea of traditional Chinese medicine development of general secretary Xi Jinping’s "inheriting the essence and keeping up with innovation",seize the strategic opportunity period of rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,and focus on strengthening the construction of intelligent traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation and diagnosis and treatment.We should establish a Chinese medicine intelligent rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment center in public hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine,strive to improve the integrated application leve
