摘　　要：目的编制适用于中国护士对预先指示的知信行问卷。方法基于文献法和专题小组讨论形成初测问卷,2019年11月选取重庆市某三级甲等医院308名护士作为被试对象,对问卷的信度和效度进行检测。结果问卷由8个维度33个项目组成,问卷的Cronbach′sα为0.854,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.603~0.923;问卷的重测信度为0.996。因子分析提取出8个公因子,累计贡献率为70.831%。结论编制的护士对预先指示的知信行问卷信度和效度良好,可用于护士对预先指示的知信性调查研究。Objective To develop the knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of advance directives suitable for Chinese nurses.Methods The preliminary survey questionnaire was formed based on the documentary method and focus group discussion.A total of 308 nurses selected from a class 3 A hospital of Chongqing City in November 2019 served as the participants.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Results The questionnaire was consisted of 33 items and 8 dimensions,the Cronbach′sαof the questionaire was 0.848,the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of each dimension ranged 0.603-0.923.The test-retest reliability was 0.996.The factor analysis extracted 8 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate was 70.831%.Conclusion The compiled questionnaire of nurses′knowledge-attitude-practice about advance directive has good reliability and validity,and can be used in the survey research of nurse kowledge-attitude-practice of advance directive.
