摘　　要：医学生法律意识教育作为医学院校卫生法学教育的重要板块,对塑造与培养医学生的道德与法律意识,全面提升医学生的综合素质具有非常重要的作用,更是全面深化依法治国与培养社会主义高素质人才的必经之路。当前,受部分暴力伤医事件的影响,医学生对法律热点事件的关注度逐渐提高,但是医学生自身的法律意识模糊、法律教育流于形式、法律相关理论知识的欠缺、法律实践能力的不足,制约着医学生养成良好的法律意识。因此,对新时代背景下医学生法律教育困境的现状及原因进行分析,对如何帮助医学生养成良好的法律意识进行探究,提出可行性建议,以提高医学生的综合素质,为提高其在未来的依法执业能力提供借鉴与参考。As an important part of health law education in medical colleges,legal awareness education for medical students plays a very important role in shaping and cultivating medical students’moral and legal awareness and comprehensively improving their comprehensive quality.It is also the only way to comprehensively deepen the rule of law and cultivate high-quality socialist talents.At present,affected by some violent medical injuries,medical students have gradually increased their attention to hot legal events.However,medical students’own vague legal awareness,legal education becoming a mere formality,lack of legal related theoretical knowledge and lack of legal practice ability all restrict medical students from forming good legal awareness.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes the current situation and causes of the dilemma of legal education for medical students under the background of the new era,explores how to help medical students develop good legal awareness,and puts forward feasible suggestions,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of medical students and provide reference for improving their legal practice ability in the future.
