摘　　要：根据现在综合型医学人才的培养要求,结合耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学本科教育教学的实际情况,教师和学生面临的外部压力越来越大,床边专业教学的实践正在减少。本文提出目前教学可能存在的问题以及改进措施,从而探索出比较高效的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学模式,以期有效提高教学质量。According to the training requirements of comprehensive medical talents and the actual situation of undergraduate education and teaching of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery,teachers and students are facing increasing external pressure,and the practice of bedside professional teaching is decreasing.The possible problems and improvement measures in current teaching are put forward,so as to explore a more efficient teaching mode of otolaryngology head and neck surgery,which can effectively improve the teaching quality.
