摘　　要：通过对山西电大人才培养模式下 ,指导教师在学生自主选择专业与课程、学习媒体、课程内容中的作用和指导教师在实践性教学环节中的作用及学生愿望的调查、分析 ,得出结论 :充分发挥指导教师在组织课程学习阶段的作用 ,不仅仅是教学过程中的行为 ,更不只是教师个人的事情 ,它涉及到教师、学生、教学设计人员。The writer has drawn a conclusion on the basis of investigating and analzying the roles of faculty advisors in students' independent selecting major courses,learning media and autonomous learning courses in the Shanxi TV University,the present conditions of the faculty advisors in the teaching with the nature of practice,and students' wishes.That is,to fully exert the roles of faculty advisors in organizing course study not only includes the behaviour of teachers in the course of teaching,which is not teachers' personal matters at all,but also involves various faculties such as teachers,students,teaching designers,administrators and leaders.
