对中医药国际化传播中的文化冲突与融合问题争论的思考

摘　　要：世界卫生组织健康概念的提出和全球健康产业的发展为中医药的国际化提供了健康产业价值创造的新思路和中医药健康服务业的巨大发展空间。但是中医药国际化面临的最核心问题是文化距离问题,厘清跨文化的理论与方法才能理性认识和处理文化距离问题,历史上存在着两种尖锐的对立理论即文化冲突和文化融合理论,文章对这两种对立的思想理论进行了梳理和分析,然后通过观察历史上跨文化传播的实例分析历史和现实中的文化冲突和文化融合问题,借助乔哈里视窗提出中医药知识国际化有效传播的方法。The proposal of concept of health by the World Health Organization and the development of the global health industry provide new ideas for the value creation of the health industry and the huge development space of traditional Chinese medicine health service industry for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the most central issue facing the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine is the issue of cultural distance.Clearly,theories and methods of cross-culture can be used to understand and deal with cultural distance rationally.There are two sharply opposing theories in history,which are cultural conflict theory and cultural fusion theory.These two opposing ideas and theories are combed and analyzed,and then historical and practical cultural conflicts and cultural fusion issues are analyzed by observing examples of cross-cultural communication in history.With the help of Johari Windows,the method of effective spread of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge is proposed.
