摘  要:通过对中医文献资料分析总结,发现"脑神说"隶属中医整体观念,是基于中医经络藏象总结提出的理论,在一定程度上丰富了"形神一体观"的理念。脑为元神之府,其生理机能的发挥关键在于心肾二脏,在这一理论基础下"心主神明"实际上作为脏腑机能而成为其核心理论组成部分之一。心、脑之争其根本原因在于脑在中医学中定义解读的不同,而在临床诊疗中,脑神之说亦是通过整体辨证进行施方用药,符合现代心身医学"形神并调"的医学发展规律。Through the analysis and summary of traditional Chinese medicine literature,it is found that the theory that the brain is the container of the yuan-shen belongs to the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of meridians and visceral manifestations,which enriches the concept of the unity of body and spirit.The key to that theory’s physiological function is the heart and kidney.Under the guidance of this theory,mind dominance is actually a physiological function of zang-fu organs,which is one of the core theoretical components of the brain.The fundamental reason for the difference between the theory of heart and brain lies in the different understandings of brain and mental activity in traditional Chinese medicine.However,in clinical diagnosis and treatment,the theory of mental activity applies drugs based on holistic syndrome differentiation,which conforms to the’co-regulation body and spirit’of modern Chinese medicine.
