邬氏脱发方治疗雄激素性脱发的疗效及对雄激素水平影响

摘　　要：目的观察邬氏脱发方治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效及对雄激素水平的影响。方法雄激素性脱发患者270例,随机分为3组,治疗组给予邬氏脱发方,对照组给予非那雄胺,联合组给予邬氏脱发方+非那雄胺,三组同时给子5%米诺地尔酊外用。比较治疗前后患者毛发生长情况、雄激素水平和不良反应情况。结果治疗组有效率81.1%,与对照组5.6%比较,差异无统计学意义(Х^2=0.82,P>0.05);联合组总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(75.6%)及治疗组(81.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.08);治疗组油腻、瘙痒、头皮屑指标评分和联合组新生头发、脱发程度、油腻、瘙痒、头皮屑指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组、联合组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组、联合组睾酮、游离睾酮、二氢条酮改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论邬氏脱发方能下调雄激素水平,治疗雄澈素性脱发疗效与非那雄胺治疗雄澈素性脱发疗效相当,非那雄胺联合邬氏脱发方治疗雄激素性脱发效果更佳。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wu's alopecia prescription on androgenetic alopecia and its effect on androgen level.Method 270 patients with androgenetic alopecia were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group was treated with Wu's alopecia prescription,the control group was treated with finasteride,the combined group was treated with Wu's alopecia prescription combined with finasteride,and the three groups were all used 5%minoxidil.The hair growth,hormone levels and adverse reactions were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results The treatment group had an effective rate of 81.1%,which was no significant difference compared with the control group(75.6%).The total effective rate of the combined group(93.3%)was significandy higher than that of the control group(75.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant compared to the treatment group(81.1%).The index scores of greasy,pruritus and dandruff in the treatment group,the index scores of new hair,hair loss,greasy,itching and dandruff in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement of testosterone,free testosterone and dihydrotestosterone in the treatment group and combination group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Wu's alopecia prescription can reduce the level of hormones and the effect of Wu's alopecia prescription in treating Androgenetic alopecia is similar to that of phenandromine.The combination of finasteride and Wu's alopecia prescription has a better effect on androgenetic alopecia with fewer side effects.
