摘 要:以黑龙江大学行政管理专业为例,对新文科背景下行政管理专业核心课程建设思路进行探析。梳理了行政管理专业核心课程精品化建设的经验。阐述了行政管理专业核心课程转型发展导向与实践,主要包括在管理学与哲学融合、专业间相互融合等方面积极探索教学、科研的增长点,在“一课多型”“一课多用”的思路下进行课程转型建设。提出了行政管理专业核心课程建设规划:推动新科技、新信息技术与专业核心课程建设融合,加强专业教师教学理念建设,助力科研团队科研成果服务教学体系建设,加强选课指导,探索课程考试方式改革,以实现课程资源的最大化利用。Through taking Public Administration Specialty,Heilongjiang University as an example,the research explores the core curriculum construction of Public Administration Specialty under the background of new liberal arts,summarizes the experience of quality construction of core curriculum construction of Public Administration Specialty,expounds the transformation development orientation and practice of the core curriculum of Public Administration Specialty,i.e.we actively explore the growth points of teaching and scientific research from the aspects of the integration of management and philosophy,and of specialties,and construct transformation construction under the thinking path of“multi-type of a course”and“multi-usage of a course”.Core curriculum construction planning of Public Administration Specialty is proposed,i.e.to promote the integration of new technology,information technology and professional core course,to strengthen the teaching concept construction of professional teachers,to assist the construction of scientific research achievements of scientific research group serving for teaching system,to strengthen curriculum guidance,and to explore the course examination method reform,in order to achieve the maximization utilization of course resource.
