试论提高中考足球运球绕杆技术的策略

摘　　要：足球是一项群众基础广泛的球类运动。近年来,随着我国足球发展规划的实施,足球教学也受到了中小学的重视,并且成为某些地方的中考选项科目。在足球考试中,足球运球绕杆技术是备受关注的一个方面,随着足球运球绕杆测试方法的增多,许多教师也对足球运球绕杆技术教学给予了重视。该文以中学足球教学为背景,就如何通过教学提高中考足球运球绕杆技术提出了几点策略,希望能对中学足球教学和备考有所帮助。Football is a broad-based ball game for the masses.In recent years,with the implementation of China's football development plan,football teaching has also received attention from primary and secondary schools,and football has also become an optional subject for senior high school entrance examinations in some places.In the football examination,the technique of dribbling around the pole is one aspect that has attracted much attention.With the increase in the testing methods of the equipment around the dribbling around the soccer ball,many teachers have also paid attention to the teaching of dribbling around the pole.With the background of middle school football teaching,the article puts forward some strategies on how to improve the football dribbling and winding technique of the middle school entrance examination,hoping to be helpful to the middle school football teaching and exam preparation.
