摘  要:为优化软枣猕猴桃不定根中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,该试验以生物反应器培养的软枣猕猴桃不定根为试验材料,将不同的提取溶剂、提取浓度、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数和料液比条件下的提取总黄酮量作为评价指标,采用正交试验设计对总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:利用75%的乙醇进行提取,在提取时间1 h、提取温度50℃、提取次数3次、料液比1∶30(g∶mL)时,提取的总黄酮量最高,达到149.97 mg/g。In order to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from the adventitious roots of Actinidiaarguta,the adventitious roots of Actinidiachinensis cultured in bioreactor as materials,the content of total flavonoids was taken as the evaluation index,which extracted in different extraction solvents,extraction concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times and ratio.The results showed the content of total flavonoids reached 149.97 mg·g-1,when the extraction time was 50℃,the extraction temperature was 50 times,the extraction time was 3 times,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30(g∶mL).
