摘　　要：培养提高高校青年教师思想业务素质关乎高等教育的发展质量。首先信念坚定、师德崇高是新时代高校青年教师不可动摇的立身之本;其次教书育人、引领后浪是新时代高校青年教师始终不渝的神圣使命;最后科学报国、科技强国是新时代高校青年教师振兴中华的宏图大志。重视教育就是重视未来,重视高校青年教师的培养提高才能更好地赢得未来。It is a quality engineering of high education to cultivate and improve the ideological and professional quality of young teachers in colleges and universities.First of all,firm belief and loftyethics are the foundationin the new era.Secondly,imparting knowledge and guiding the younger generation are their mission.Finally,building the country with science and technology is their great ambitions to revitalize China in the new era.Attaching importanceto education means preparing for future.Only by strengthening the training of young teachers in universities can we better win the future.
