摘 要:种植体周围的软硬组织条件及其对种植治疗长期效果的影响是近年来研究的热点。2020年,Avila-Ortiz等提出种植体周表型的定义,规范对种植体周围软硬组织的描述,明确其各部分的定义和分类,为临床工作和研究提供重要参考。本文详细介绍种植体周表型各部分的概念、内容和临床意义,概述改善种植体周表型的临床策略与方法,并附1例采用多种牙周手术方法改善种植体周表型的典型病例,展示种植体周表型的重要意义及其临床应用,以期为广大牙周与种植医生提供参考。The peri-implant soft and hard tissue conditions and their influence on the long-term results of implant therapy have been a topic of great interest in recent years. In 2020, Avila-Ortiz et al. proposed the definition of peri-implant phenotype, which standardized the description of the peri-implant soft and hard tissues and clarified the definition and classification of its components, providing an important reference for clinical work and research. This article introduces the concept, content and clinical significance of each part of the peri-implant phenotype, outlines the clinical strategies and methods to improve the peri-implant phenotype, and attaches a typical case of improving the peri-implant phenotype using various periodontal surgeries, demonstrating the importance of peri-implant phenotype and its clinical application, so as to provide reference for periodontists and implantologists.
