“双创”升级背景下无锡市科技创业孵化载体建设路径研究

摘　　要：以无锡市为研究对象,分析了“双创”升级背景下科技创业孵化体系建设现状,指出孵化器面临的问题,即政府政策支撑体系不完善,服务协同性较弱,难以形成整体,信息获取不对称,服务流程不通畅。提出了无锡市科技创业孵化载体建设路径。应搭建科技创业交流平台,促进创业者积极合作,加大财政扶持,完善创业融资服务,完善成果转化平台建设,加强技术创新服务。The paper takes Wuxi City as the research object,expounds the basic situation of science and technology entrepreneurship incubation carrier construction under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”upgrading,points out its existing problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the construction path of Wuxi science and technology entrepreneurship incubation carrier.The problems are the imperfect government policy support system,weak service cooperativity,difficult integration,dissymmetry of information retrieval,and unobstructed service process.It is suggested to establish science,technology and entrepreneurship platform,promote entrepreneur active cooperation,strengthen financial support,perfect start-up financing service,perfect achievement transformation platform construction,and strengthen technological innovation service.
