释比文化的道德功能融入羌族乡村社会治理研究

摘　　要：释比文化在羌族社会生活中扮演着重要角色,是不可或缺的精神文化力量。释比文化有着自身的道德体系,它对人是一种“柔性约束”,体现出一种“德治”式的治理,以一种无形的影响力规范着人们的思想和行为,起到规范社会行为、弘扬社会公德、塑造社会伦理的功能,它同时还有维护生态环境、促进社会和谐的作用,因而有利于羌族乡村社会治理,为创新羌族乡村社会治理提供了道德指向,并最终促进羌区乡村社会实现“善治”。Shibi culture plays a central role in the social life of the Qiangs as an indispensable spiritual and cultural force.Shibi culture has a moral system of its own.It is a“flexible constraint”on people that embodies“rule by virtue”.Shibi culture acts as an invisible influence to regulate individual thoughts and behaviors and social behaviors,strengthen social morality,mold social ethics,protect the eco-environment,foster social harmony,and create an environment conducive to social governance in rural Qiang communities.Shibi culture provides moral guidelines for innovating social governance and ultimately leads to good governance in rural Qiang communities.
