摘　　要：从世界范围而言,存在两种典型的国家治理路径:德治中心主义与法治中心主义。古代中国是德治中心主义的典型代表,近现代的西方是法治中心主义的典型例证。国家治理现代化是我国全面深化改革的总目标。在依法治国方略的前提下,法治与德治都是国家治理现代化的内在需求。法治与国家治理现代化具有价值与目标方向上的内在一致性。为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴是国家治理现代化的伦理目标,也是国家治理现代化的德性所在。法治中心主义、德治中心主义都不是完美的治理方式,德法合治才是国家治理现代化更为妥当的路径。From a global perspective,there are two typical modes of state governance:the centralism of the rule of virtue and the centralism of the rule of law.Ancient China is a typical representative of the rule of virtue as centralism,and the modern West is a typical example of the rule of law as centralism.The modernization of the national governance system is the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reforms.Under this premise,both the rule of law and the rule of morality are the inherent requirements of the modernization of national governance.The rule of law and the modernization of national governance have inherent consistency in value and target direction.Seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation are the ethical goal of the modernization of national governance,and it is also the virtue of the modernization of national governance.The rule of law and the rule of virtue are not perfect governance methods.The rule of virtue and law is the more appropriate choice to realize the modernization of national governance.
