摘  要:为探索消毒剂胁迫后的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌ATCC14028s的抗性及对抗生素的耐药性,本研究选取次氯酸钠、氯已定(97%)、苯扎氯铵(80%)和十六烷基氯化吡啶(≥98%)分别胁迫鼠伤寒沙门氏菌ATCC14028s,胁迫后菌株经消毒剂抗性测定及抗生素耐药性测定。结果表明,胁迫后的沙门氏菌,对4种消毒剂的抗性几乎不变,而对部分抗生素的抗性产生显著变化,其中经氯已定、次氯酸钠胁迫的菌株对环丙沙星和氨苄西林的耐药性显著增强,对庆大霉素的耐药性减弱;苯扎氯铵、十六烷基氯化吡啶胁迫的菌株对环丙沙星、四环素和庆大霉素的耐药性提升。因此,消毒剂的过度使用,对食品加工中耐药菌的防控具有理论意义。To explore the disinfectant after the stress of Salmonella Typhimurium ATCC14028s resistance and resistance to antibiotics,this study selected Sodium Hypochlorite,Chlorhexidine(97%),Benzalkonium Chloride(80%)and Cetyl Pyridine Chloride(98%or higher)respectively stress of Salmonella Typhimurium ATCC14028s,stress strain after the determination of disinfectant resistance and antibiotic resistance.The results showed that the resistance of Salmonella to four kinds of disinfectants was almost unchanged after stress,but the resistance to some antibiotics changed significantly.The resistance of Salmonella strains to Ciprofloxacin and Ampicillin increased significantly after stress of Chlorhexidine and Sodium Hypochlorite,and the resistance to Gentamicin decreased.The resistance to Ciprofloxacin,Tetracycline and Gentamicin of strains stressed by Benzalkonium Chloride and Cetylpyridine Chloride was increased.Therefore,the overuse of disinfectants has theoretical significance for the prevention and control of drug-resistant bacteria in food processing.
