摘　　要：“河湟”作为一个地理、历史、文化概念,有其独特的历史文化蕴涵,而过渡地带是其地理环境属性,边缘地带是其文化相对属性,多元交融是其历史与现实属性。河湟文化在新时代具有其特定的现代价值。河湟地区多种文化的交相辉映,使得这里文化异彩纷呈,并因历史上的共生共荣,使得这里文化聚合共生。历史上古已有之的文化聚合力,为河湟文化的多元共生、异彩纷呈提供了主要的文化动力。面对历史新时代,这种文化聚合力无疑具有着重要的文化价值,是文化设施建设、文化遗产保护、文化品牌推进、文化平台提升的深厚的文化基础。As a geographical,historical and cultural concept,Hehuang has its unique historical and cultural implications.The transition zone is the attribute of its geographical environment,the marginal zone is the relative attribute of its culture,and the pluralistic blending is the attribute of its history and reality.In the new era,Hehuang culture has its own particular modern value.The interaction of multiple cultures in Hehuang area makes the culture colorful and due to the symbiosis and co-prosperity in history,the culture convergences and co-exists.The existing cultural cohesion in history has provided the main cultural motive force for the multiple symbioses of Hehuang culture.Facing the new era of history,this kind of cultural cohesion undoubtedly has important cultural value.It is the profound cultural foundation for the construction of cultural facilities,the protection of cultural heritage,the promotion of cultural brands,and cultural platform promotion.
