摘　　要：立足三螺旋理论,以提升区域竞争力、促进区域产业发展为目的,构建区域政府、产业、科研机构竞争情报协作模式,达到各方资源与能力上的优势互补,以期提高竞争情报协作共享的水平,实现竞争情报价值“倍增”效应。Based on the triple helix theory,with the purpose of enhancing regional competitiveness and promoting the development of regional industries,the article construct a competitive intelligence cooperation model for regional governments,industries,and scientific research institutions to achieve complementary advantages in resources and capabilities of all parties,in order to improve the level of competitive intelligence cooperation and sharing,and realize competitive intelligence value“multiplier”effect.
