摘　　要：以大西洋脱毒试管苗为材料,研究了不同基质配比对脱毒马铃薯原原种繁育的影响。采用13种不同配比的基质进行原原种繁育对比试验,收获后测定成活率、结薯数、结薯质量、合格率。结果表明,椰糠∶蛭石∶河沙体积比为2∶1∶1配制的基质最适合脱毒马铃薯原原种繁育,扦插苗成活率高、长势好,单株结薯数量多,产量高。With Atlantic virus-free tube shoot as material,this paper studied on the effects of different matrix combinations on the practice for virus free seed potatos pre-elite breedling.there were 13 kinds of different substrates in this experiment.The survival rate,formation of the mini-tubers per plant,yield and qualified rate were analyzed after these treatments harvest.The result showed as follows:among all the new coir-based growth media,the best formula was coir dust+vermiculite+sand at a ratio of 2∶1∶1(V/V),high survival rate,good growth power,more formation of the mini-tubers per plant and high yield could be obtained with this matrix combination.
