摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌中抵抗素(Resistin)蛋白表达,分析其与Fascin-1(FSCN1)蛋白表达的相关性及临床预后意义。方法收集2007年1月至2019年6月东阳市人民医院病理科浸润性乳腺癌石蜡标本400例。采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测浸润性乳腺癌组织中Resistin和FSCN1蛋白的表达。分析Resistin和FSCN1蛋白表达的相关性及预后意义。结果乳腺癌组织中Resistin蛋白高表达率为83.5%(334/400),FSCN1蛋白高表达率为18.8%(75/400)。Resistin高表达患者的FSCN1蛋白高表达率(21.0%,70/334)较Resistin低表达者(7.6%,5/66)显著增强,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。Spearman相关分析显示乳腺癌中Resistin和FSCN1蛋白表达显著正相关(r=0.127,P=0.011)。生存分析显示Resistin和FSCN1均高表达的乳腺癌患者5年平均总生存期和总生存率[54.3月,78.8%(26/33)]显著低于Resistin和FSCN1单一高表达者[57.9月,88.5%(146/165)]及Resistin和FSCN1均低表达者[58.0月,95.1%(39/41)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.744、P=0.029)。结论乳腺癌中Resistin和FSCN1表达显著正相关,二者同时高表达与患者预后不良有关。Objective To investigate the expression of resistin in breast cancer,and to analyze its relationship with Fascin-1(FSCN1)and its clinical prognostic significance.Methods A total of 400 paraffin-embedded specimens of invasive breast cancer were collected from the Department of Pathology,Dongyang People's Hospital from 2007 to 2019.The expressions of resistin and FSCN1 protein in invasive breast cancer tissue were detected by the immunohistochemical Envision method.The correlation and prognostic significance of resistin and FSCN1 protein expressions were analyzed.Results The high expression rate of resistin protein in breast cancer tissue was 83.5%(334/400),and that of FSCN1 protein 18.8%(75/400).The high expression rate of FSCN1 protein in the patients with high resistin expression was significantly higher than that in the patients with low resistin[21.0%(70/334)vs.7.6%(5/66);P=0.011].Spearman correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between resistin and FSCN1 protein expressions in breast cancer(r=0.127,P=0.011).The patients whose primary tumors were highly expressed in resistin and FSCN1 had a lower 5-year OS(an estimated 5-year OS rate of 78.8%)than the patients whose tumors were either resistin or FSCN1 high expression(an estimated 5-year OS rate of 88.5%)and the patients whose tumors were both resistin and FSCN1 low expression(an estimated 5-year OS rate of 95.1%,χ^(2)=4.744,P=0.029).Conclusions There is a significant positive correlation between the expression of resistin and FSCN1 in breast cancer,and their simultaneous expression is associated with poor prognosis.
