摘 要:目的探索高职院校护理专业基于护理实践技能为导向的护理技术教学改革与效果。方法自2018年2月至2020年1月,选取本校2017级护理专科400名学生作为对照组,试验组为2018级护理专业学生410名。试验组采用新设计的教学改革方法,对照组采用常规教学法。学期末,比较两组技能成绩。结果试验组技能成绩(89.87±4.78)分,高于对照组的(83.76±5.16),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论试验课采用情景案例分析-问题呈现-小组讨论-教师示范-学生练习操作-课后记反思日志-综合评价。教学评价采用形成性评价、终结性评价和模拟临床场景进行考核评价,取得了较好的效果。Objective To explore the teaching reform of nursing technology based on nursing practice skills in higher vocational colleges and its effect.Methods From February,2018 to January,2020,400 grade 2017 nursing students from our college were selected as a control group,410 grade 2018 nursing students an experimental group.The experimental group adopted the newly designed teaching reform method,and the control group conventional teaching.At the end of the semester,the skill scores of the two groups were compared.Results The practice skill score was(89.87±4.78)in the experimental group,and(83.76±5.16)in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice course uses case-study analysis,problem presentation,group discussion,teacher demonstration,student practice,after-school record reflection log,and comprehensive evaluation.Formative evaluation,summative evaluation,and simulated clinical scenes for evaluation are adopted,and have achieved good results.
