基于网络演化博弈的互动创新社区用户知识共享行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]为辨析网络演化博弈视角下互动创新社区用户知识共享行为影响因素以促进社区用户间的知识共享行为。[方法/过程]在传统演化博弈理论与网络演化博弈理论的基础之上,分别构建互动创新社区知识共享模型,通过计算与仿真,对比两种方法下社区知识共享的演化结果,分析社区用户知识共享行为的影响因素。[结果/结论]研究发现,利用传统演化博弈方法与网络演化博弈方法得到的互动创新社区演化均衡点并不一致;协同收益、社区奖励与知识共享成本对互动创新社区知识共享演化深度有显著影响;社区网络规模与知识共享风险对互动创新社区知识共享演化速度有显著影响。[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of open innovation community users from the perspective of network evolutionary game,and to promote knowledge sharing behavior among users.[Method/Process]The knowledge sharing model of open innovation community was developed based on the theory of traditional evolutionary game and network evolutionary game.Through calculation and simulation,the evolution results of knowledge sharing under the two methods were compared,and the influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of community users were analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The paper found that the evolutionary equilibrium point obtained by the traditional evolutionary game method and the network evolutionary game method was inconsistent.Synergy revenue,community reward and the cost of knowledge sharing had a significant impact on the evolution depth of knowledge sharing in communities.The scale of the community and the risk of knowledge sharing had a significant impact on the evolution speed of knowledge sharing in communities.
