摘　　要：文章分析了金融行业的发展阶段和发展趋势,探讨了金融业变革驱动金融工程人才培养模式的创新要求;基于实践教学体系视角,分析了现有金融工程专业实践教学模式存在的不足,并提出了新时期构建立体式实践教学体系的思路。This paper analyzes the development stage and development trend of financial industry, and discusses the innovation requirements of financial engineering talent training mode driven by financial industry reform;further, based on the perspective of practical teaching system, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing practice teaching mode of financial engineering specialty, and puts forward the idea of building a systematic practice teaching system in the new period.
