“双高计划”建设背景下高职院校图书馆文献资源建设探讨——以AS职业技术学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：通过对AS学院图书馆文献资源馆藏现状和利用情况进行分析,发现纸质资源利用率逐年降低,而数字资源利用则呈现快速增长的趋势。在“双高计划”建设背景下,建立、健全文献资源建设机制是基础,要总体布局、共建共享,加快馆藏资源的数字化转型;服务“双高计划”建设是重点,要有针对性地开展专业群资源建设、积极配合实施1+X证书制度、建设本校特色资源;提升线上服务水平是关键,要做好资源揭示与管理、知识组织与服务工作,不断提高用户信息素养。Through the analysis of the current status and utilization of the document resources of the library of AS vocational college,we can found that the utilization rate of paper resources is decreasing year by year.However,the utilization of digital resources is in the process of rapid growth.In the background of the“Double High Plan”construction,the establishment and improvement of the document resource construction mechanism is the foundation.We should also pay attention to the overall layout,joint construction and sharing as well as accelerate the digital transformation of collection resources.Serving the construction of the"Double High Plan"is the focus and it must be targeted.Through the efforts of carrying out the construction of professional group resources,cooperating with the implementation of the 1+X certificate system and building the school's characteristic resources,we realize that to improve the level of online service is the key.At the same time,it is necessary for us to do a good job in resource disclosure and management,knowledge organization and service,and continuously improve user information literacy.
