摘　　要：“互联网+”技术的应用和普及进一步推动了我国电子商务的发展。近年来我国农村地区的通信技术得到了较大改善,为农村电子商务的发展奠定了良好的基础,但是在发展过程中发现电子商务人才缺乏阻碍了农村电子商务的发展。农村电子商务发展中对人才有较大的需求,要求相关人才能有效掌握相关的“互联网+”技术,了解农村情况,在具备专业知识的基础上还要有强大的实践能力。创新电子商务人才培养模式,才能为农村电商发展提供保障。The application and popularization of"Internet+"technology has further promoted the development of e-commerce in China.In recent years,the communication technology in rural areas of China has been greatly improved,which has laid a good foundation for the development of rural e-commerce.However,the lack of e-commerce talents has been found in the development process to hinder the development of rural e-commerce.The development of rural e-commerce has a great demand for talents,which requires relevant talents to effectively master the relevant"Internet+"technology,understand the rural situation,and have a strong practical ability on the basis of professional knowledge.Only by innovating the training mode of e-commerce talents can we guarantee the development of rural e-commerce.
