摘　　要：林产工业进入新时代高质量发展期,国际上行业特色鲜明的林业工程学科培养高端专门人才恰逢行业需求。在"新工科"建设的大背景下,分析探讨研究生群体新特点、林业工程学科毕业研究生就业市场、研究生国际化视野状况等等,阐述习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,正确审视全球化背景下林业工程学科的培养策略,鼓励导师开阔研究生国际视野,引导研究生诚信发展,解读具有国际化视野的林业工程高端人才培养对行业的重要意义。The forestry industry has entered a new era of high-quality development, and the cultivation of high-end professionals in forestry engineering with distinctive industrial characteristics meets are in need. Under the background of "Emerging Engineering Education, 3 E", we will analyze and discuss the new characteristics of postgraduate students, the job market of graduated students in forestry engineering, and their international outlook. Therefore, we can elaborate the significance of the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, the correct examination of the training strategy of forestry engineering, encouraging supervisors to broaden the international vision of postgraduate students, the integrity development of graduated students, and cultivating high-end talents of forestry engineering with an international outlook to the whole forestry industry.
