介入引导肠梗阻导管放置在老年左半结直肠癌性肠梗阻患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨介入引导肠梗阻导管放置的实施效果,观察该技术在老年左半结直肠癌性肠梗阻患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院于2017年1月至2019年1月进行手术治疗的128例老年左半结直肠癌性肠梗阻患者病例资料。通过手术方法分为98例的观察组(介入引导肠梗阻导管放置)和30例对照组(实施常规术前准备,采取一期手术或分期手术)。组间比较治疗效果。结果在此次研究中,观察组在术前的扩张肠管最大直径、腹围、胃管引流量、白细胞、C-反应蛋白5项指标均低于对照组。数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组住院时间、手术时间、并发症发生率明显低于对照组。数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。一期手术吻合率高于对照组。数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对老年左半结直肠癌性肠梗阻患者予以介入引导肠梗阻导管放置,提高了手术安全性与手术效果,且有利于患者术后早期康复。Objective To investigate the effect of interventional guidance catheter placement in elderly patients with left colorectal cancer. Methods The data of 128 elderly patients with left colorectal cancer ileus treated by our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The operative method was divided into 98 cases of observation group(interventional guided intestinal obstruction catheter placement) and 30 cases of control group(routine preoperative preparation, 1 stage operation or staging operation). The therapeutic effect was compared between groups. Results In this study, the observation group had the most dilated bowel before operation big diameter, abdominal circumference, gastric tube drainage, white blood cells, C-reactive protein were lower than the control group, data differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. The hospitalization time, operation time and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. data differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. The anastomosis rate of stage 1 operation was higher than that of control group. data differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Interventional guidance for intestinal obstruction catheter placement in elderly patients with left semi-colorectal cancer intestinal obstruction, it can improve the safety and effect of operation, and is conducive to the early postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
