摘　　要：为积极推进研究生教育改革,全面提升研究生综合素质和能力,结合武汉大学电子信息学院综合改革目标,对研究生助教岗位制度进行梳理和总结,分别从总体原则、岗位设置、聘任流程、过程管理和考核与劳酬等方面展开论述,为高等学校研究生教育和培养提供实践参考。In order to actively promote the reform of postgraduate education,as well as to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students in an all-around way,this paper combines with the overall reform goals of electronic information school,wuhan university,to comb and summarize the postgraduate teaching assistants'post system.This paper discusses the general principles,post setting,employment process,process management,assessment,and labor remuneration,and provides practical reference for postgraduate education and training in colleges and universities.
