摘 要:热态介质折合临界击穿场强是判断开关设备弧后介质是否发生重击穿的依据,获取热态SF_(6)/CF_(4)的折合临界击穿场强,对于评估和优化SF_(6)/CF_(4)高压开关设备开断特性具有重要意义。文中采用质量作用定律计算压强为0.1~1.6 MPa下SF_(6)/CF_(4)等离子体粒子组分含量,分析300~4000 K温度范围内混合气体50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4)随温度变化过程。采用两项近似法求解玻尔兹曼方程,计算不同压强下热态SF_(6)/CF_(4)折合临界击穿场强(E/N)_(cr)随温度的变化关系。结果表明:温度低于1500 K时,(E/N)_(cr)几乎不变,约为268.3 Td(1 Td=1×10^(-21)Vm^(2));温度高于2000 K时,由于CF_(4)分解产物CF_(x)(x=1,2,3)的影响,混合气体(E/N)_(cr)高于纯SF_(6);随着温度的进一步升高,(E/N)_(cr)稳定在40 Td左右。最后计算了0.7 MPa下不同比例冷态SF_(6)/CF_(4)有效电离反应系数,并与文献值进行对比,验证文中计算方法和参数的有效性。The converted critical breakdown field strength of the hot medium is the basis for judging whether thepost arc medium of the switchgear has re-strike.To obtain the converted critical breakdown field strength of the hotSF_(6)/CF_(4)is of great significance in evaluating and optimizing the interruption characteristic of SF_(6)/CF_(4)high voltageswitchgear.In this paper,the composition content of SF_(6)/CF_(4)plasma at pressure intensity of 0.1~1.6 MPa is calcu-lated by the law of mass action and the variation process of 50%SF_(6)/50%CF_(4)gas mixture in the temperature between300 K to 4000 K is analyzed.Two approximations are used to solve the Boltzmann equation and calculate the varia-tion of critical breakdown field strength(E/N)_(cr)of hot SF_(6)/CF_(4)with temperature at different intensity of pressure.Itis shown by the result that when the temperature is lower than 1500 K,(E/N)_(cr)remains almost unchanged and isabout 268.3 Td(1 Td=1×10^(-21)Vm^(2)).While,when the temperature is higher than 2000 K,the gas mixture(E/N)_(cr)ishigher than pure SF_(6)due to the influence of CF_(4)decomposition product CF_(x)(x=1,2,3).With the continuous in-crease of temperature,(E/N)_(cr)is stabilized around 40 Td.Finally,the effective ionization coefficients of differentproportions of cold SF_(6)/CF_(4)at 0.7 MPa are calculated and compared with the existing literature value so to verify thevalidity of the calculation method and parameter.
