摘 要:渐增高度教学理论,更利于中职院校展开分层次性教学模式。基于此,教师需明确了解渐增高度对中职院校跳高技术教学的影响。而在对其进行具体研究的过程中,应能客观分析目前跳高技术教学现状。从而,进一步掌握渐增高度教学理念,为中职院校优化跳高技术教学模式提供参考依据,另外,渐增高度也能有效缓解中职院校学生学习提高技术的恐惧心理。Teaching theory of gradually increase the height more conducive to the secondary vocational colleges to develop a hierarchical teaching model.Based on this,teachers need to clearly understand the influence of increasing height on high jump technology teaching in secondary vocational colleges.In the process of the specific research,we should be able to objectively analyze the current situation of high jump technology teaching.Therefore,further mastering the concept of gradually increasing the height of teaching has become a reference for vocational colleges to optimize the teaching mode of high jump technology.In addition,gradually increasing the height of teaching can also effectively alleviate the students’fear of learning and improving technology.
