摘　　要：健康的身体是民族复兴的前提,尤其是《中国教育现代化2035》等文件的出台,更是把体育工作提到了新的高度。在实际的教学中,出现了教学目标、内容、评价不衔接的现象,亟需解决。如何将贯穿学生成长的体育课,上下协调好,发挥其显性和隐性的功能?本文从大学公共体育课程的纵向角度进行论述,建立了以课程目标任务为主导,以体育教材、课程内容、课程评价、教学方法、教学模式等多点为支撑的纵向教学体系,这将很大程度的提高教学质量,发挥体育课程的最大功效。Healthy body is the premise of national rejuvenation,especially the publication of China education modernization 2035 and other documents has raised the sports work to a new height.In the actual teaching,there is a phenomenon that teaching objectives,content and evaluation are not connected,which needs to be solved.How to coordinate the physical education class which runs through the growth of students and give full play to its dominant and recessive functions?This paper discusses from the vertical perspective of the university public physical education curriculum,and establishes a vertical teaching system with curriculum objectives and tasks as the leading,sports teaching materials,curriculum content,curriculum evaluation,teaching methods,teaching mode and other points as the support,which will greatly improve the quality of teaching and give full play to the maximum effect of physical education curriculum.curriculum.
