复方苦参注射液联合^(89)Sr治疗骨转移瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析复方苦参注射液联合^(89)Sr治疗骨转移瘤的有效率和安全性。方法:将84例骨转移瘤患者随机均分为研究组和对照组各42例,研究组采用复方苦参注射液和^(89)Sr联合治疗,对照组单用^(89)Sr治疗;治疗2个疗程后比较2组的止痛总有效率、止痛起效时间、骨转移灶改善情况、生活质量改善情况和安全性。结果:研究组止痛总有效率为80.95%(34/42),显著高于对照组的66.67%(28/42)(P=0.028),且研究组止痛起效更快[(4.45±1.27)d vs.(7.23±2.05)d,P=0.015];研究组骨转移灶改善率为90.48%(38/42),显著性高于对照组的71.43%(30/42)(P=0.012);研究组生活质量改善率为90.48%(38/42),显著高于对照组的76.19%(32/42)(P=0.031);2组治疗过程中出现的血液毒性比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.574)。结论:复方苦参注射液可增强^(89)Sr治疗骨转移瘤的止痛总有效率,提高骨转移灶改善率,改善患者生活质量,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of the compound Kushen injection combined with^(89)Sr radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases.Methods:A total of 84 bone metastases patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.42 patients in the study group were administered with^(89)Sr radiotherapy combined with compound Kushen injection,while the other 42 patients in the control group were given^(89)Sr radiotherapy only.The pain relief rate,the improvement rate of bone metastases,the life quality and radiation-induced side-effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall pain relief rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.95%vs.66.67%,P=0.028),and the study group responded more quickly to pain relief[(4.45±1.27)d vs.(7.23±2.05)d,P=0.015].The improvement rate of bone metastases in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.48%vs.71.43%,P=0.012).The improvement rate of life quality in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.48%vs.76.19%,P=0.031).The main adverse reactions occurred in the two groups had no significant difference(P=0.574).Conclusions:The compound Kushen injection enhances pain relief rate of^(89)Sr radiotherapy for patients with bone metastases,can increase the improvement rate of bone metastases and improve the life quality,and the combination therapy is safe.
