摘 要:针对航空电连接器间歇故障的评估与故障预测开展工作,介绍了间歇故障内涵与动态特征,提取了间歇故障广义强度作为状态评估与故障预测的评估指标,基于该特征开发了间歇故障状态评估与故障预测软件,并在电连接器案例上进行了实现与验证。测试表明,该软件能够有效评估电连接器的使用状态,并对当前状态下的剩余使用寿命进行预测,可以应用于航空电连接器,并且可以推广到其他受间歇故障困扰的电子器件上。The intermittent fault assessment and fault prediction of aviation electrical connectors are carried out.The connotation and dynamic characteristics of intermittent faults are introduced,and the generalized strength of intermittent faults is extracted as the evaluation index of state assessment and fault prediction.Based on this characteristic,the software of intermittent fault state assessment and fault prediction is developed,which is implemented and verified in an electrical connector case.Tests show that,the software can effectively evaluate the service state of electrical connectors and predict the remaining useful life(RUL)in the current state.It can be applied to aviation electrical connectors and can be extended to other electronic devices troubled by intermittent faults.
