同异护士操作自体动静脉内瘘患者穿刺拔针对比研究

摘　　要：本文尝试探讨临床上安排对血液透析自体动静脉内瘘患者进行穿刺拔针时,由同一护士和非同一护士操作对患者内瘘出血造成的不同影响。根据设定的标准,选取120例以前臂自体动静内瘘为穿刺部位的血液透析患者。将穿刺拔针由同一护士操作后患者出血情况列为试验组,穿刺拔针由非同一护士操作列为对照组,观察对比两组出血/皮下血肿等相关并发症的情况。统计结果显示,试验组出血/皮下血肿等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可知,穿刺拔针由同一护士进行操作更能有效地减少和预防出血、渗血及皮下血肿等并发症的发生。This paper attempts to explore the effects of bleeding of patient’s internal fistula when different nurses operate the puncture and removal of needles for patients with autogenous arteriovenous fistula.According to the established standards,we selected 120 hemodialysis patients with the forearm autologous internal fistula as the puncture site.After the puncture and withdrawal needles were operated by the same nurse,the bleeding of patients was classified as the Experimental Group,and the puncture and withdrawal needles were operated by different nurses as the Control Group.The two groups were observed and compared the bleeding/subcutaneous hematoma and other related complications.The statistical results showed that the incidence of complications such as bleeding/subcutaneous hematoma in the Experimental Group was significantly lower than that in the Control Group(P<0.01).It can be concluded that the operation of the puncture and withdrawal needles by the same nurse can effectively reduce and prevent complications such as bleeding,bleeding,and subcutaneous hematoma.
