摘　　要：大学科学研究在高校中发挥着重要的作用,在高校倡导科学研究,并不意味着忽视或淡化大学的人才培养、社会服务、文化传承创新与国际交流合作,而是为了更好地促就它们的职能得以更好地发挥,以实现彼此之间的价值。在大学的五大职能中,大学的科学研究有其“位”,也有其“为”,可以说落实好大学科学研究职能是大学实现好培养人才、服务社会、创新文化、开展国际交流合作的功用,因为大学只有有了高质量、高水平的科学研究,才会有高质量、高水平的人才培养、社会服务、文化传承创新、国际交流合作的成果,藉此助推大学在各项事业建设发展中更加有影响力、有声誉,进而促成大学走向卓越。University scientific research plays an important role in universities.Advocating scientific research in universities does not mean neglecting or downplaying the university’s talent training,social services,cultural inheritance and innovation,and international exchanges and cooperation,but to make university’s functions can be better realize.Among the five major functions of the university,university scientific research has its“position”and“action”.It can be said that implementing the scientific research concept of university is the“weight”for university to cultivate talents,serve the society,innovate culture,and carry out international exchanges and cooperation,because only with high-quality and high-level scientific research,can university have high-quality and high-level talent cultivation,social service,and international cooperation.The achievements of cultural inheritance and innovation,international exchanges and cooperation can help the university to have more influence and reputation in the construction and development of various undertakings,and then promote the university to become outstanding.
