少数民族特色村寨灵性教育资源开发策略研究

摘　　要：少数民族特色村寨灵性教育资源开发,是指根据灵性教育的需要,对少数民族特色村寨中潜在的灵性教育资源进行挖掘和整理,使之成为现实资源,或对现有的灵性教育资源的未知功能进行挖掘和整理,充分发挥其潜能,从而有效地服务于灵性教育的动态过程。它既是少数民族特色村寨自身建设的需要,也适应了当前灵性教育发展的要求。开发者进行少数民族特色村寨灵性教育资源开发的过程中,在遵循一定开发原则的基础上,要结合目前开发中存在的主要问题,着重从以下几个方面入手:深入调查研究,拓展开发领域;培训开发主体,形成开发合力;借鉴先进经验,丰富开发方式;加强宣传力度,活跃开发氛围;结合村寨建设,促进开发协调。The development of spiritual education resources in ethnic minority characteristic villages refers to the excavation and sorting of potential spiritual education resources in ethnic minority characteristic villages according to the needs of spiritual education,so as to make them into real resources,or to improve the existing spiritual education resources.Unknown functions should be excavated and sorted out to give full play to their potential,thereby effectively serving the dynamic process of spiritual education.It is not only the need for the self-construction of ethnic minority villages,but also meets the requirements of the current development of spiritual education.In the process of developing spiritual education resources in ethnic minority villages,developers should follow certain development principles and combine the main problems in current development,focusing on the following aspects:in-depth investigation and research,and expansion of development areas;Training development entities to form a joint development force;learn from advanced experience to enrich development methods;strengthen publicity and activate development atmosphere;combine village construction to promote development coordination.
