摘  要:目的通过对近10年发表的眼部干细胞相关文献进行计量学分析,探索眼部干细胞研究的重点与热点、进展与趋势。方法收集Web of Science核心合集(WoSCC)2010年至2019年眼部干细胞相关文献,运用VOSviewer 1.6.14对关键词、研究者、研究机构、国家、杂志、论文发表时间和引文等条目进行关系网络构建以及可视化分析。结果共检索文献1664篇,发文和引用最多的国家和杂志分别是美国和《Investigative Ophthalmology&Visual Science》。机构发文量最高的是日本的Keio University。作者聚类分析和关键词共现分析共同揭示了眼部干细胞近10年研究的热点和趋势。结论眼部干细胞研究的热点和趋势主要聚集在眼部正常发育的调控、体外干细胞分化眼部组织、眼表疾病的干细胞治疗和干细胞移植后眼部并发症这4个方面。Objective To explore the key points,hotspots,progress,and trends of stem cell studies in ophthalmology through a bibliometric analysis.Methods Relevant studies were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)between 2010 and 2019.The bibliometric method and VOSviewer 1.6.14 were used to visualize the keywords,authors,research institutions,countries,journals,citations,and annual publication numbers in this field.Results A total of 1664 related studies were obtained.The United States and Investigative Ophthalmology&Visual Science ranked first among the countries and journals,respectively,with the most cited frequency and publications.Keio University was the organization that published the maximum number of papers.The research trends and hotspots were revealed through co-authorship analysis and keyword co-occurrence analysis.Conclusion The hotspots and trends mainly focus on the following aspects:regulation of eye development,differentiation of eye tissues in vitro,treatment of ocular surface diseases through stem cell transplantation,and ocular complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
