摘  要:现阶段,信息化技术、多媒体技术等发展迅速,自动化、智能化趋势明显,其应用范围不断扩大,应用成果逐渐丰硕。基于技术进步的基础之上,广电呼叫中心系统的建设方案逐渐成熟,科技含量不断提高,对于提升广电系统服务能力,推动广电系统进步发展有重要意义。主要分析讨论广电呼叫中心系统建设的相关问题,促进广电呼叫中心系统建设的不断完善与进步。At present,information technology and multimedia technology have developed rapidly,the trend of automation and intelligence is obvious,its application scope is expanding,and the application results are gradually rich.Based on the progress of technology,the construction scheme of the call center system of radio and television is gradually mature,and the technological content is constantly improving,which is of great significance to improve the service capacity of the radio and television system and promote the progress and development of the system.The paper mainly analyzes and discusses the related problems of the call center system construction,hoping to promote the continuous improvement and progress of the construction of call center system.
