摘  要:在灾害导致城市配电网大面积停电时,应急微电网可以在部分停电区域利用柴油发电应急车和储能应急车对其中的重要负荷进行应急供配电,而储能逆变器和同步发电机在能量变换和惯性环节的差异会导致微电网负荷波动过程中产生环流功率造成逆变器的输出功率波动过大。为此分析应急微电网中的频率变换率和系统环流的机理,为抑制系统环流功率,设计基于下垂控制的逆变器惯量自趋优策略,搭建应急微电网中储能逆变器的并联控制器,进一步通过仿真和半实物仿真实验,来验证惯性环节自趋优策略下系统动态过程中功率均分的特性。实验结果证明,在应急微电网中,基于下垂控制改进的惯性环节可以及时自适应储能逆变器的惯量,实现柴油发电机和储能逆变器并联系统动态和稳态的功率良好均分,提升应急微电网多类型电源并联系统的供电可靠性。In the event of a disaster causing a large area blackout in the city s distribution network,the emergency micro-grid can use diesel generation emergency vehicles and energy storage emergency vehicles in some of the blackout areas for emergency power supply and distribution to the critical loads therein.The difference between the energy storage inverter and the synchronous generator in the energy transformation and inertia links can lead to excessive fluctuations in the inverter s output power caused by the loop power generated during load fluctuations in the micro-grid.Therefore,this paper analyzes the frequency conversion rate and the mechanism of system loop current in the emergency micro-grid.In order to suppress the circulating current power of the system,the paper designs the inertia self-optimization strategy for the inverter based on droop control,establishes a parallel controller for the energy storage inverter in the emergency micro-grid,and furthermore,makes the simulation and semi-physical simulation to verify the characteristics of power equalization in the system dynamic process.The experimental results prove that in the emergency micro-grid,the improved inertia link based on droop control can adapt to the inertia of the energy storage inverter in time to achieve good power equalization in the parallel system of diesel generator and energy storage inverter in both dynamic and steady state,and improve the power supply reliability in the parallel system of multiple types of power sources in the emergency micro-grid.
