摘　　要：本文阐述了基于正向压降测试仪的继电器测试系统,通过开发上位机软件测试程序控制正向压降测试仪对继电器触点进行VI测试,利用最小二乘法对测试数据进行分析,计算测试数据的平均电阻值和线性度,并在此基础上开发循环测试程序,得出多次测试数据的拟合曲线和线性度曲线,通过分析结果判定继电器触点的健康状态。This paper described a relay test system based on a forward voltage drop tester,controlled the forward volt⁃age drop tester to perform VI test on the relay contacts through the development of the upper computer software test program,used the least square method to analyze the test data and calculate the average resistance value and lineari⁃ty of the test data,developed a cyclic test program on this basis,obtained the fitting curve and linearity curve of multi⁃ple test data,and determined the health status of the relay contacts through the analysis results.
