摘 要:在养殖畜禽过程中产生的恶臭气体(NH3、H2S等)对畜禽的生长具有较大的影响,为保证畜禽具有较好的生长环境,研究并设计了基于μC/OS的禽舍环境远程监控系统。系统采用嵌入有μC/OS-Ⅲ的ARM芯片作为集中控制器,设计了用于采集恶臭气体的电子鼻传感器,采用低功耗MSP430完成环境参数的采集,利用SIM900A模块、LoRa模块完成数据的交互。系统的信息采集单元具有较长的工作周期,可根据预警知识库对采集到的环境信息进行自动筛选、处理。通过对系统的软硬件的合理设计,能有效地实现对禽舍环境远程实时监控,实验表明系统具有较高的实时性、鲁棒性。The malodorous gases(NH3,H2S,etc.)produced in the process of raising livestock and poultry have a great impact on the growth of livestock and poultry.In order to ensure that livestock and poultry have a better growth environment,a remote monitoring system for poultry house environment based onμC/OS-Ⅲis studied and designed in this paper.The system uses ARM chip embedded withμC/OS-Ⅲas the centralized controller,designs an electronic nose sensor for collecting odor gas,uses low-power MSP430 to collect environmental parameters,and SIM900A module and Lora module to complete data interaction.The information collection unit of the system has a long working cycle,and can automatically screen and process the collected environmental information according to the early warning knowledge base.Through the reasonable design of the hardware and software of the system,it can effectively realize the remote real-time monitoring of the poultry house environment.The experiment shows that the system has high real-time performance and robustness.
