摘  要:为了减少斜直井钻机起下钻作业时间,减轻钻井工人的劳动强度,提高起下钻作业的工作效率和安全性,配合磁力具完成起下钻过程中的钻杆排放问题,设计了一套钻杆自动化排放系统。该系统主要由机械运输部分、机械手、升降机、磁力具和PLC控制部分等组成。通过PLC程序运送、回收和测量钻杆等动作,严格遵循排放规则有序动作,实现起下钻工作中钻杆的自动排放。根据该控制系统的用途和工作要求,分析了工作循环和工作原理,设计了机械结构和电气控制电路及程序。经过现场测试,该系统操作简单、运行平稳,满足工作要求,实现了缩短钻井周期、达到增强钻井作业安全性的目的。In order to reduce the tripping operation time of inclined vertical drilling rig,reduce the labor intensity of drilling workers,improve the efficiency and safety of tripping operation,and cooperate with magnetic tools to complete the drill pipe discharge problem in the process of tripping,a set of drill pipe automatic discharge system is designed in this paper.The system is mainly composed of mechanical transportation part,manipulator,elevator,magnetic tool and PLC control part.Through PLC program,the system can transport,recover and measure drill pipe,strictly follow the discharge rules and orderly act,so as to realize the automatic discharge of drill pipe in tripping work.According to the use and working requirements of the control system,the working cycle and working principle are analyzed,and the mechanical structure and electrical control circuit and program are designed in this paper.Through the field test,the system is easy to operate,smooth to run,meet the work requirements,shorten the drilling cycle,to enhance the safety of drilling operations.
