摘 要:不同于常规的轨道交通车辆,高速磁浮列车在正常高速运行时无受电弓等外部供电,其车载蓄电池组不仅要发挥应急电源的作用,在特定条件下更是要能够独立支撑磁浮列车的运行。文中针对上海高速磁浮列车上的一种电池温度监测系统进行研究,该系统可实现对电池组内任一电池的高温状态进行监测,介绍了其工作原理,并通过线下测试和上车测试验证了该电池温度监测系统的功能可靠性,并提出了进一步优化的方向。Different from the conventional rail transit vehicles,the high speed maglev train has no external power supply,such as pantograph,during high speed operation. The on-board battery not only play the role of emergency power supply,but also be able to support the operation of maglev train under certain conditions independently. This paper mainly studies a battery temperature monitoring system on Shanghai high speed maglev train. The system can monitor the high temperature state of any battery in the battery container,the working principle of the system is introduced,the reliability of the system is verified by offline test and on-board test,and puts forward the direction of further optimization.
